About the Goh!ddess Mastery Plan (12 Sessions)

Here's what you'll learn on the 12 weeks of coaching if you choose the Goh!ddess Mastery Coaching Plan. 
You and Cam will agree on a regular meeting time on your first call together.

Discovery Call

In this first session we'll ask you to fill out a form to get to know you better and you'll chat we Cam to schedule your future lessons, as well as cover the basic principles of the practice.

Week 1

Cam will introduce you to the program and our training philosophy. You'll also learn the different ways to take care of your pelvic floor and exercise safely.

Week 2

In this session you'll learn about the different exercises that happen across the transverse plane of the vagina, and how they can help you build a foundation of strength.

Week 3

In this session you'll master the Milking technique, as well as learn more techniques to further develop transverse plane abilities, such as mobility & the expelling motion.

Week 4

You'll move on to the Artemis pillar, where you'll gain sensitivity and isolation of your frontal plane. You'll learn squeezing, a crucial move to advance in your Goh!ddess journey.

Week 5

This week you'll combine both the frontal and the transverse plane (vertical canal + horizontal walls) to create the deliciously pleasurable Full Squeeze.

Week 6

In this class you'll master an advanced technique utilized by our elite students to control and prolong the orgasm: the powerful "locking" exercise.

Week 7

Ready to learn a fan favorite? It's time to master whipping. An exercise known for its ability to create passionate connection between the bodies.

Week 8

In this session you'll step into advanced territory through the Athena Pillar. You'll master side isolations -crucial motions for twisting and wringing.

Week 9

You'll master the last exercise of the 12-week program, where you'll combine your vertical abilities with your side isolation mastery, as well as develop speed and rhythm. 

Week 10

In this first Rites of Passage week, we'll teach you some challenges that will allow you to further develop the most complex vaginal skills in the future.

Week 11

In the second Rites of Passage week, you'll learn how you can master skills such as twisting, as well as how to apply them in the bedroom, and how to accelerate your progress.

Week 12

During our last call together, Cam will teach you how to continue down your Goh!ddess Mastery path, and she'll give you all the tools required to easily maintain your progress.

Closing Call 

You'll have one last call with Cam where you can clear your doubts, and she can clarify any concept that needs revision. She'll also provide you with some more resources so you can keep up with your training.
